Remote assistance allows our customers to choose a best action plan to resolve problems. This means, for example, that our experts intervene efficiently and only perform site visits when requested. Before attending a site visit our skilled engineers can prepare our interventions with our remote assistance and diagnostic tools.

To ensure security, the client must authorize the remote assistance service to connect up to the machines.
